The 2026 OTSA Conference on the theme of “The Council of Crete (2016) after Ten Years,” will be held June 11-13, 2026 at St Vladimir’s Orthodox Seminary.
Free Accommodation and Travel Grants
All presenters are eligible for free accommodation at St Vladimir's.
In addition, ten grants for up to $500 each, to cover travel expenses and lodging in the dorms, are available for presenters who attend the entire conference and apply for assistance. You may apply for the travel grant as soon as your proposal is accepted, and grants will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis.
Registration and Housing
Registration for the Annual Meeting is $75.00, and meals for the meeting will be an additional $75.00. Registration includes light breakfasts, break snacks and refreshments, the Florovsky lecture reception, and conference materials. Meals are Thursday dinner, Friday lunch and dinner, and Saturday lunch. Attendees will have the option of staying in the dorms at St Vladimir's. Linens, towels, and air conditioning are included.

Please note that conference registration includes light breakfast and break snacks. The meals package will need to be chosen if you are partaking of the lunches and dinners. As noted above, approved presenters do not need to pay for accommodation, but please confirm your need for accommodation with the OTSA secretary: secretary@otsamerica.org.
